The EHAA is an organization based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada whose members who share a common interest........the building and flying of homebuilt aircraft. The EHAA was formed so that the enormous knowledge, skills, and talent of the membership could be pooled into an easily accessible and centrally located point for all interested in homebuilt aircraft. From woodworking, metal working and composite techniques to electrical, power plant and safety considerations, the EHAA is wealth of knowledge for anyone interested in amateur-built aircraft.

EHAA members get together every month for a general meeting and to exchange information. The meetings invariably host a guest speaker on a myriad of topics from construction techniques and individual project overlays, to Transport representatives talking about air safety & regulations. Often meetings will be held as "home visits" to have a closer look at what the members are doing, or during the summer months, a fly-out to one of the large number of airports around the Edmonton area to see "what's happening". Visitors are more than welcome to attend.

The EHAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the furtherment of general aviation, and in particular, the promotion of education, safety, and best practices in all aspects of homebuilt aviation. To this end, we are also the local chapter of the Recreational Aircraft Association.
